Processing Time:
Please allow 10–12 business days for order processing before shipment to ensure every product meets our quality standards. Each tumbler requires approximately 8–10 days for proper degassing and sealing. Ground advantage shipping is 3-5 business days after processing.

Once your order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, Crafted by Haley is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. All shipments include USPS insurance for your protection. Each item is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.
