Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed.

Handmade Quality:
All of our products are handcrafted, which means every piece is unique. Slight variations or small imperfections may occur — these are normal and do not affect the quality or functionality of your tumbler. The base tumblers are mass-produced, and as a result, you may notice minor cosmetic marks, such as tiny scratches or surface irregularities near the rim. These are purely aesthetic and do not impact the seal, durability, or performance of your cup.
